Hi! I’m Christina, and I'm passionate about helping mission-driven founders and organizations thrive.

I'm a fractional operations, finance, and communications consultant with nearly two decades of experience spanning the nonprofit, academic, entertainment, and philanthropic sectors. I'm an Ashoka Fellow and an Echoing Green Fellow who co-founded and led a national nonprofit for over a decade. I've also had the pleasure of training the next generation of social impact leaders at top business schools.

My approach is informed by my own lived experience as a bi queer woman who grew up in a family of immigrants.
