Welcome!

Hi! I’m Christina, and I'm passionate about helping mission-driven founders and organizations thrive.

I have over 15 years experience in creating, scaling, and optimizing social impact organizations. As the co-founder/executive director of a national nonprofit for over a decade, I know how exciting and challenging it is to be a social entrepreneur. I am an Ashoka Fellow and an Echoing Green Fellow, and I have had the pleasure of training the next generation of social impact leaders at both UCSD Rady School of Management and USC Marshall School of Business.

My approach is informed by my own lived experience as a bi queer woman who grew up in a family of immigrants.
